1. Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address and login credentials you provide when you register.
• Photos you upload: see Section 2.
• Usage data: the goals you create, saved affirmations, vision board content, active days and session length.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Apple, Google). We do not store your full card number.

2. Photos You Upload

Some features let you choose a photo from your device (for example, a vision board image, AI photo generation, AI video generation, a wallpaper, or an avatar). These photos are sent from your device to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter) solely to generate the content you requested.

We do not store your uploaded photos in our database or file storage; they are no longer retained once generation is complete. We do not use uploaded photos to identify or authenticate anyone, and we do not use them to train our own models.

3. Retention Periods

• Photos you upload: not retained after generation completes.
• AI-generated audio, images, and video: processed only temporarily while you download or play them; we do not store them after you download.
• Account and usage records (goals, affirmations, active days, etc.): retained until you delete your account, and deleted within 30 days of deletion.
• Usage and credit records: retained for 24 months for financial reconciliation and abuse prevention.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed: (a) with third-party AI and cloud providers that power the service (e.g. OpenRouter, Supabase); (b) with payment providers to process payments; (c) where required by law or necessary to protect the safety of users and others.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to delete your account at any time. California (CCPA/CPRA) and EU (GDPR) users have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Contact us at the email below.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure — please keep your account credentials safe.

7. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such information, we will delete it promptly.
