Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, no reason required.

2. How to Request

Email support@alyema.app with your account email and order details. We will process your request within 5 business days.

3. Purchases Through App Stores

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested through that platform's refund process and are subject to its policies.

4. After 7 Days

Requests after 7 days are reviewed case by case; credits already used or content already generated may affect the refund amount.
