1. Acceptance

By using Alyema (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. What Alyema Is — and Is Not

Alyema is a self-reflection and motivation tool. It generates affirmations, guided audio, images, and video based on what you tell it.

Alyema is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your situation. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, finances, or legal matters. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

We make no promise that using Alyema will produce any particular outcome in your life.

4. Your Account

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

5. Photos and Likeness

You may upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use, for AI generation. You must not upload another person's photo to impersonate, fake, or mislead, must not create deepfakes of others, and must not upload nude or inappropriate content involving minors. You must have the necessary rights to anything you upload.

6. License to Your Content

You retain ownership of your input (such as text and photos). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, to process your request and generate content). We do not use your content to train our models. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

7. Ownership of AI Output

Output generated for you — audio, images, and video — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the output complies with applicable law.

8. Safe Use

Please listen to meditation and audio features in a safe environment, and do not use them while driving or operating machinery.

9. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or your app store's subscription management.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided "as is."

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
